Guests who smoke inside a room will be charged a $200 cleaning and deodorizing fee.

Smoking is permitted outdoors on the property. We simply ask that all guests:

Guest Safety & Property Information

Our goal is for every guest to have a safe, relaxing, and memorable stay along beautiful Big Bay de Noc. Before booking, we kindly ask guests to review the following important property information.

Use of Property & Amenities

All amenities and recreational areas at Moose Resort are used at your own risk. By staying with us, guests acknowledge and willingly assume responsibility for the use of the property and beach areas.

Our private beach area does not have lifeguards or supervised swimming areas. Children should always be accompanied and supervised by an adult while at the beach and throughout the property.

Use of the beach, picnic areas, and waterfront spaces is entirely at guests' own risk.

Highway Crossing Awareness

Our lakefront beach area is located directly across from the main resort property on US Highway 2.

Guests should use extreme caution when crossing the highway. US-2 is a two-lane highway with a posted speed limit of 65 MPH and can become busy during the summer travel season, as it serves as a major east-west route across Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

That said, visibility along the roadway is excellent in both directions, and traffic typically becomes much quieter during evening hours. We simply encourage guests to take their time, stay alert, and cross carefully.
